Cardiff – £50,000 - £80,000

Duties 

• Run an existing caseload of asbestos-related disease claims, with a focus on mesothelioma cases
• Conduct day-to-day activities for new asbestos cases, including meeting clients, obtaining and drafting witness statements, preparing instructions to experts, and reviewing medical records
• Demonstrate excellent client care skills to handle sensitive issues with emotional and vulnerable clients
• Possess strong IT literacy and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients over the telephone
• Work well in a team and display a proactive approach to your work ethics

Requirements

• 0 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Passionate about fighting for the right outcomes and protecting the livelihoods of those affected by asbestos-related diseases
