An Asbestos Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award winning, national firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their award winning team. The firm and its lawyers have been consistently ranked in the top tiers in both Chambers UK and the Legal 500 for personal injury (including industrial disease) and is a UK leader in the field of asbestos litigation.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload, providing expert legal support to individuals who have been affected by asbestos exposure. You will handle claims from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

Duties will include:

• Meeting clients, obtaining and drafting witness statements
• Reviewing medical records
• Preparing instructions to experts
• Preparing schedules of loss and damage
• Dealing with CFAs and funding

Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives with proven experience managing cases involving asbestos-related disease litigation. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, medical experts, and colleagues.
