Corporate Associate NQ - 3 Years' PQE

Telford – £40,000 - £50,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer to develop their career within a supportive and approachable team, working closely with experienced partners on a broad range of corporate matters for a loyal client base.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in a varied and high-quality corporate caseload, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases)
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• General company law and advisory work
• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions

You will have direct client exposure and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

The Candidate
