Pensions Associate

Nottingham – £45,000 - £60,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions lawyer to work on high-quality, varied work for a broad client base, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team that values technical excellence and career development.

The Role You will be advising on a wide range of pensions matters, including:
  • Day-to-day pensions advisory work for employers and trustees
  • Pensions aspects of corporate transactions (including M&A and restructurings)
  • Scheme amendments, wind-ups and liability management exercises
  • Regulatory and compliance issues
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex and strategic pensions projects
The role offers genuine exposure to top-tier work, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop strong client relationships.

Our client is keen to speak with candidates:
  • Qualified in England & Wales with 2+ years’ PQE in pensions law
  • Have solid experience across occupational pension schemes 
  • Are technically strong, commercially aware, and confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to progress their career within a high-quality pensions practice
