An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to become the first in‑house conveyancer within our rapidly growing property and financial services client.
The Role
New opportunity to shape the direction of an existing conveyancing department. Working with extremely experienced leaders from the Yorkshire property market, the business can offer a solid pipeline of self generated work from their other Group businesses, leaving you to manage workflow and focus on providing quality service.
What you need
Minimum 3-4 years of good quality conveyancing experience as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
Confident of managing a caseload of c. 30 cases per month
Future ambitions of leading a small department and contributing to Senior Leadership
