I have been instructed by a highly regarded law firm that’s seeking an experienced Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (5–6 years PQE) to join their dynamic and client-focused team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated lawyer who’s comfortable working autonomously and wants to contribute to a team known for delivering exceptional client service.
  
The Role

You’ll advise a range of residential and commercial landlords and tenants across a broad spectrum of property disputes, including:

• Breach of covenant (e.g. consent issues, underletting, alterations, landlord obligations)
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters: break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, and surrenders
• Business lease renewals
• Possession proceedings
• Trespass and squatter matters
• Adverse possession claims
• Nuisance, easements, and prescriptive rights
• Service charge disputes and consultation requirements
• TOLATA and rights to light claim

About You:

• 5–6 years PQE with solid experience in property litigation
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• A strong communicator who builds trusted client relationships
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client service
• Some business development experience and/or a small referral network would be advantageous
