We are instructed on an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join a well-regarded and expanding Real Estate team based in London.
The role would suit a commercially minded lawyer with strong academics (ideally a 2:1 or above) and solid experience across real estate finance and commercial property. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and the confidence to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
The team has an established reputation across the real estate sector and has experienced significant recent growth, creating an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting stage of its development. The practice advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of high-quality, varied transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment. 

Key Duties

• Acting for both lender and borrower clients
• Drafting security documentation including mortgage deeds, debentures and facility agreements
• Reviewing and advising on legal packs
• Reviewing residential and commercial title documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Drafting detailed Reports on Title, including lease reports
• Managing matters to tight deadlines
• Liaising regularly with clients and providing ongoing updates
• Meeting billing and time recording targets
