The Role As an Employment Associate, you will work on a diverse caseload, advising both employers and employees on a range of issues including employment disputes, contracts, HR policies, and compliance matters. You’ll be involved in both contentious and non-contentious work, collaborating with clients from various sectors. The role provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, with exposure to high-quality, challenging work and clients.
About you: - 1+ years PQE in Employment Law (applications from candidates with a slightly higher PQE will also be considered).
- Solid experience in employment-related matters, including dispute resolution, employment contracts, and HR advisory work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
