The Role

This role is for a Commercial Property Associate (0–4 years PQE) who wants to join a busy commercial property team. You will manage a caseload from initial instruction to completion, covering a range of commercial property work, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions, including development projects
• Commercial property sales and investment
• Commercial lease work
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation
• Providing clear, responsive advice to clients

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, client-focused solicitor or legal executive to develop their skills in a friendly and supportive team, while playing a key role in delivering high-quality legal services.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• 0–4 years’ PQE in a commercial property team
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and the conveyancing process
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• IT proficiency and familiarity with professional standards including SRA regulations, Lexcel, and Money Laundering Regulations
