Commercial Property Paralegal

Coventry – £27,000 - £30,000

In this role, you will support experienced solicitors on a variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial lease acquisitions, disposals, and renewals
• Freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Property due diligence and searches
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and third parties

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of paralegal experience in commercial property
• Strong knowledge of property law, including leasehold and freehold transactions
• Excellent organisational, communication, and drafting skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently within a team
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
