Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

Greater Manchester – £55,000 - £65,000

Douglas Scott are currently working with a well-established law firm who is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join it's Manchester office.

The successful candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and advising HR managers and business owners on all aspects of employment law, particularly:
  • Senior exits
  • TUPE transfers
  • Collective redundancies
Employment Tribunal litigation will form a key part of the role, along with experience supporting corporate transactions.

The role would suit an enthusiastic employment lawyer with a drive for business development and a desire to grow their own practice. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to partnership.

The role reports to the Head of Employment in Liverpool.
