Preferred Requirements:

Provide support, guidance, and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers
Manage a caseload in a proactive, commercial manner, coordinating the progression of cases with all internal and external parties
Draft legal documentation, including letters of claim, letters of instruction, and negotiate settlements
Oversee the documentation and correspondence produced by the team, advising on any technical issues
Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure the delivery of the team's financial performance KPIs

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of post-qualification experience in clinical negligence law
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software, with a keen eye for detail
