I am delighted to be working with a long-standing, well-established law firm based in the heart of York City Centre, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their small but highly successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer seeking quality work, flexibility, and a genuinely supportive working environment.

You will manage a non-volume caseload covering a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Buy-to-let transactions
• Equity release
• Lease extensions

The role offers autonomy over your files while working collaboratively within a friendly and experienced team and to be considered for the role you will be:

• An experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent)
• Confident in handling a caseload independently from instruction through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
• Approachable, client-focused, and a team player
