An award-winning law firm with an outstanding reputation across Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving York City Centre office.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to move away from high-volume work and take on a hands-on leadership role, managing a small, supportive team while maintaining a manageable personal caseload.

You will be:-
  • Managing a small, high-quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Leading and supervising a small team of solicitors and legal assistants
  • Providing guidance, mentoring and technical support to team members
  • Maintaining the firm’s excellent standards of client care and service
  • Working closely with senior management to support the continued success of the department
About You
  • A qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive)
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
  • Experience supervising others or a clear desire to step into a team leader/manager role
  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Looking to move away from volume conveyancing into a more balanced, quality-driven role
