An established Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Family Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded family team in Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to work with a medium & high net worth client base within a supportive and progressive firm.
 
The position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, along with a flexible hybrid working arrangement of four days from home and one day in the office.
 
The Role
 
You will work closely with experienced family lawyers, delivering a high level of service to a discerning client base. The role involves managing complex and sensitive family law matters with professionalism, discretion and empathy.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters - Divorce, Finances & Private Children matters
- Advising medium and high net worth clients on complex issues
- Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships
- Delivering tailored legal solutions to meet client needs
- Thriving in a fast paced, high standards environment
 
About You
 
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Minimum of two to three years post qualification experience in family law
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Calm and professional approach to sensitive matters
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
