Agricultural Solicitor – York (Hybrid Working)

Are you an experienced Agricultural Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a very well-established and highly reputable law firm, is seeking a motivated solicitor to join their thriving Agriculture & Rural Affairs team based in York.

The Role
  • Advising a diverse portfolio of clients including farmers, landowners, estates, and agri-businesses.
  • Handling a wide range of agricultural property matters, including sales, purchases, tenancy issues, rights of way, and rural land development.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s commercial and private client teams to provide a seamless service.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility to balance office and remote working.
The Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor (3– 8 years PQE) with experience in agricultural or rural property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent client care skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach.
