A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial. Focusing on commercial contracts and procurement matters.The role offers exposure to high-profile projects including joint ventures, outsourcing/insourcing arrangements, health and local government integration, and commercialisation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising public sector clients, a strong interest in commercial contracts and procurement, and the ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice.
