Salary: £70,000 DOE + Bonus
My client is looking to bring in an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Catastrophic Injury team. The team are having new clients reach out to them directly, and due to this increase of work they looking to expand their team. This is a defendant role, but if you are from a claimant background and looking for to move to a defendant role you will be considered.
My client takes career progression seriously, all team members are put on a career development plan from day one to achieve their next promotion. This isn't just limited to promotions, if you wish to become the main client contact for example, this can also be planned out.
You can come into the office when you please, some of the team are in 5 days a week, others pop in every couple weeks. You are trusted to work how suits you best.

- Work on complex motor, EL/PL, and sport-related concussion matters
- Manage cases involving brain injury, spinal injury, chronic pain, and major loss

- Engage with cross-border cases via an international office network
Experience:
- NQ - 10 years' PQE UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with equivalent experience
- Litigation experience in catastrophic injury defence or claimant work
- Must be able to handle a caseload of Multi track with values £1M+
- Comfortable with client contact, relationship building, and attending business development events
- Ability to manage complex, high-value files
