Credit Hire Team Supervisor Birmingham | £47,000 + Bonus - Hybrid WorkingAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join the Credit Hire team of a leading international law firm in Birmingham. This position has become available due to the onboarding of a major new client, creating the need for an experienced and motivated professional to support the team's continued growth.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a small team of Paralegals, sharing your technical expertise to ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively. The team handles a broad range of vehicle hire claims, from small track to multi-track matters, including fraudulent credit hire claims, as well as issues around liability, indemnity, personal injury, credit repair, and diminution.
You will initially manage a small caseload of around 20 files, with a clear pathway toward transitioning into a fully supervisory position.
