A leading law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial team in Birmingham.The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial matters across the public and private sectors, including commercial contracts, joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements and public procurement.
The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor (NQ–3 years) with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a keen interest in public sector work. Responsibilities include advising on commercial contracts, assisting with due diligence, supporting clients on regulatory matters, and contributing to business development initiatives.
