An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm based near Birmingham.
We are seeking applications from Childcare Solicitors who hold (or are working towards) the Children's Panel accreditation. This is a fantastic chance to join a progressive, well-established firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to high-quality legal services.
The Role:
- Manage a caseload of care proceedings matters, with secretarial support.
- Work within a respected family law team, providing expert advice and representation.
- Contribute to a firm that values internal progression and professional development.
- A Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE in childcare or family law.
- Strong background in private practice and confident managing care cases.
