This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading practice, advising education sector clients - on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment, working alongside recognised partners and experienced specialists.The Role:
- Advise education clients on employment law issues, including HR policies, disputes, and compliance.
- Manage a varied caseload across both advisory and tribunal work.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national network.
- Support business development initiatives to grow the firm’s profile in the education sector.
- 1-4 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Strong communication, drafting, and client relationship skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in the education sector.
