The Role
 
My client is a top tier UK law firm and they are looking to bring in a Senior Associate / Legal Director to join their Health & Care Regulatory team.
 
The role will have a focus on supporting their clients in the lead up to and during inquest proceedings. You will also get involved in other types of work as well such as Court of Protection, regulatory or children's law. They are looking for someone with strong ambitions to progress, with good client contacts, strong business development and leadership skills.
 
Salary will be DOE but to give you an idea Senior Associates in the team are on mid 70s+. There is also a lot of flexibility with time in the office, most people come in once a week but you can come in as you please. Other benefits include enhanced maternity/paternity, private healthcare, 25 days AL with the option to buy more.
 
Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE
• Expertise in Court of Protection and inquests
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients.
• Track record of leading or contributing to business development.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach with strong organisational and mentoring skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal knowledge to real-world situations.
