What you’ll do Manage and advise on disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation (TCC), and mediation. Provide live project advice and risk management support. Act for developers, contractors, funders and public bodies on UK and international matters. Work collaboratively with partners and contribute to strategic client growth. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s learning culture. Participate in secondment opportunities and cross-office collaboration.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction dispute resolution.
- Qualified in England & Wales and/or Scotland.
- Strong academic background and technical expertise in construction law.
- Experience advising clients in the infrastructure, energy or real estate sectors.
- Commercial awareness, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to high-quality client service.
