A leading international law firm is seeking a talented IP Associate (2+ years PQE) to join its highly ranked team in London. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional IP experience, particularly in life sciences and technology sectors, to work on cutting-edge licensing, collaborations, and commercial deals for global clients.

About the Role You’ll focus on non-contentious IP matters, including:
  • Drafting and negotiating IP licenses, R&D agreements, and tech transfer deals
  • Advising on cross-border transactions and the IP aspects of M&A
  • Managing high-profile client relationships and driving business development
  • Supervising juniors and leading matters from start to finish
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years PQE in IP transactions (life sciences experience a strong plus)
  • Strong technical skills with a commercial, solutions-driven approach
  • Keen to take ownership, build a practice, and work closely with partners
  • Interest in innovation-driven sectors like biotech, AI, or digital health
