This role sits within a busy and ambitious practice led by a senior partner who is widely recognised for their innovation, technical strength and thought leadership in complex financing transactions. The team is known for handling demanding, high-value work and for advising a diverse client base that includes banks, funds, institutions and corporates in the UK and internationally.
 
The work is broad and high quality, covering acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset and leasing finance, asset-based lending, refinancing's, restructurings and alternative sources of debt finance. Matters are often sophisticated and fast-moving, offering strong exposure to headline transactions and varied funding structures.
 
The team is looking for a Banking and Finance solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE and solid end-to-end experience across finance transactions. You will be involved throughout the full deal lifecycle, from initial structuring and drafting through to negotiation, completion and post-completion work. There is genuine scope to build technical depth, take on responsibility and progress within the team.
