Short term opportunity for a confident Head of Legal level candidate with experience of the Retail sector
This is an office based role for 5 days a week incorporating Corporate, Commercial, IP and Data Protection expertise across the Group Business
Role
- Work closely with and support CEO on all activities at Group level, to include strategic direction around restructures, acquisitions, integration, refinances
- Oversee a 4 person Legal function, providing oversight and expertise where required
- Input into Group wide change projects
- Support the wider stakeholder group including COO and CFO
The candidate
- Strong background in Retail / FMCG or similar high volume, low margin environment
- Experience of working in a fast paced business handling multiple complex legal matters
- Prior experience at Head of Legal level
- Robust personality
