The Department

The Commercial Property department is a core and well-respected part of the firm’s practice. The team advises a broad range of clients and undertakes a consistent flow of quality work. The department is known for its collaborative approach and for supporting junior solicitors as they develop their technical and client-handling skills.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their Nuneaton office. The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant work
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Property finance and refinancing
• General commercial property matters

The successful candidate will enjoy regular client contact and responsibility appropriate to their level of experience, with supervision and support readily available.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–3 PQE)
• Experience in, or a strong interest in, commercial property
