The department is known for its collaborative approach and for supporting junior solicitors as they develop their technical and client-handling skills.
The Role Our client is seeking a
Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their Nuneaton office. The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant work
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Property finance and refinancing
- General commercial property matters
The successful candidate will enjoy regular client contact and responsibility appropriate to their level of experience, with supervision and support readily available.

Candidate Requirements - Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–3 PQE)
