Douglas Scott are working with an established Full-Service National Firm who is expanding its Corporate team and seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (4–9 PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected full‑service firm with national backing, strong investment in people, and a collaborative culture.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of M&A, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganisations
- Draft and negotiate corporate documents
- Advise clients on governance, compliance, and general corporate matters
- Build strong client relationships and support partners on complex transactions
- 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with solid client‑care skills
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy transactional environment
