Manchester – £60,000 - £75,000

We're supporting a Legal 500 Ranked firm with a growing employment team and is looking for standout candidates who are looking for a firm to develop their skills alongside a high-performing, energetic and supportive team.
  
  
You'll bring a hands-on approach and be supporting some amazing current clients across multiple sectors.

You'll work on a broad and varied caseload, including:
  

• Employment tribunal litigation
• Day‑to‑day HR advisory work
• Restructurings, redundancies & TUPE projects
• Corporate transactional support
• Executive severances & settlement agreements
• Supervising juniors and supporting partners
• Business development & marketing initiatives

  
The ideal candidate will bring:
  

• Strong technical expertise across contentious and non‑contentious employment work
• 3-8 PQE
• Experience providing corporate support
• A commercial mindset and confidence building client relationships
• Drive, enthusiasm and a genuine appetite for business development
• Excellent academics and training
• A team‑focused, proactive and organised approach
