There is a large volume of enquiries coming in however it is high quality work, the firm receive a lot of recommendations, word of mouth etc, the firm does not pay for referrals.
A head of department is not needed but the incoming fee earner would have two choices, either to just fee earner should they wish or pick up other duties such as mentoring junior staff members if hey had designs on future partnership.
The firm are open to what people want individually from their careers and can tailor training to help whatever is needed.
The department has a mixture of electric and paper based work and is moving towards full case management for Private Client.
