Are you a litigation solicitor looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team handling civil and property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, possession proceedings, and occasional insolvency work.
 
You will work closely with highly experienced solicitors in a supportive and collaborative environment, while taking ownership of your own caseload and helping to shape the future of the department.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and property litigation, including general disputes, landlord and tenant, and possession proceedings etc.
• Take responsibility for your own files while working with guidance from senior team members
• Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the department
• Help develop the department and contribute to business development initiatives
• Respond to client queries promptly, delivering high quality service and building strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with professional regulations and industry best practice

About You

• Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2-3 years PQE in litigation
• Confident handling cases from client intake through to resolution
• Strong legal knowledge with attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to prioritise a busy workload
• Collaborative team player with strong client-facing skills
• Ambitious and motivated to grow within a busy, supportive litigation team
