My client is a respected Legal 500 firm , with a largely stable team and they have been experiencing a period of revenue growth over the last few years.
You can expect a mixed caseload handling work on behalf of businesses and high net worth private individuals.
You should be a motivated fee earner and have a background in servicing all types of enquiries - commercial and civil litigation, contract litigation, professional negligence, property litigation, landlord and tenant matters and much more ie some intellectual property cases come into the firm as do contentious probate files. So this would appeal to someone who prefers a generalist caseload.
The firm would like to bring some in who wants to be a go-to person for the area, who can manage complex cases with technical aspects, embrace networking and marketing and who is compliant and works to high standards of client care.
Ideally you'll have upwards of 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
You should possess strong negotiation skills and be able to set a good example to other team colleagues !
