The role
The firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to play a key role in its Manchester-based Property Litigation practice. The work is varied, interesting and technically strong, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and terminations
• Dilapidations claims
• Rights of light, easements and restrictive covenants
• Development-related disputes
• Property aspects of wider commercial litigation

You’ll run your own caseload, supervise junior lawyers where appropriate, and work closely with partners on more complex or strategic matters.
