Employment Associate (2–6 PQE) Manchester | £55k-£65k + Bonus, Benefits

This role will suit an Employment lawyer who wants to be trusted with work, clients and responsibility, rather than managed through layers of process.
The team advises a broad employer client base on both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters and has built a strong reputation for being commercial, responsive and easy to work with. The culture is grown-up and collaborative, with partners who remain hands-on and accessible.

The opportunity
The firm is looking to add an Employment Associate to support an established and busy practice. The role offers a genuine mix of work, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Day-to-day HR advisory support for employers
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Managing matters independently while having partner support when needed

You will have direct client contact from the outset and the space to develop your own relationships over time.
