The role
Our client is looking to appoint a junior corporate solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to support its growing practice. The work is varied and hands-on, covering:

• M&A transactions
• Share and asset purchases
• Investment rounds and shareholder agreements
• General corporate and commercial advisory work

You will work directly with partners, be trusted with responsibility early, and have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships rather than sitting behind layers of supervision.

The person
This role will suit someone who:

• Has trained and qualified (or is qualifying shortly) into corporate law
• Enjoys deal-driven work and wants proper exposure, not just process
• Is commercially minded and comfortable dealing with clients
• Is looking for a smaller, specialist environment with clear progression
