Residential Property Solicitor/Head of 
Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead a busy office and drive the success of a growing residential property practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional who wants real autonomy, influence, and the chance to shape and grow a thriving team within a supportive and collaborative firm.

The Role As Head of the office, you will:

• Lead and develop the residential property offering in the local market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and referrers
• Manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload to a high technical standard
• Play a key role in the strategic growth of the office
• Work within a collaborative, team-focused, and inclusive culture

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Recent experience working locally, with an established network of contacts
• Strong technical expertise in residential property and a proven record of excellent client care
• Proven ability to manage workloads effectively, meet financial targets, and comply with regulatory requirements
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
• Confident using Microsoft Office and experienced with legal case management systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in residential property
• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
• Professional, approachable, and reassuring manner with clients
