My client seeks a Litigation Solicitor with upwards of 2 years PQE who is ready to take the next step in a role that offers genuine variety, intellectual challenge, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Working under the guidance of a collaborative team and senior colleagues, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload while continuing to develop your technical expertise and strategic thinking.
You will thrive in this role if you can demonstrate strong technical capability in one or more of the following areas:
- Debt Recovery
- Boundary Disputes
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes
- Construction Litigation
- Professional Negligence
- Property Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Contractual and Commercial Disputes
