Residential and Commercial Property Legal Secretary , Bournemouth My client is a well known Legal 500 firm who have an excellent reputation.
How would you like to join a dynamic, friendly and supportive team ?
You could have a legal secretary or legal assistant background and you should have some experience or knowledge of both residential and commercial matters. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Opening and closing files in accordance with instructions
- Assisting with searches and other conveyancing requirements
- Assisting with billing and financial administration
- Audio typing as dictated by the supervising Partner
- Word processing legal documents and correspondence
- Communicating with clients, handling telephone calls, accurately recording messages and providing assistance where possible
- Undertaking general administrative duties including filing and photocopying
- Maintaining effective and accurate filing systems for all matters
- Providing secretarial and administrative support as reasonably required by the Partner
About you: - A minimum of 12 months' conveyancing experience, with exposure to both residential and commercial property work
- Excellent IT skills and strong attention to detail
- High standards of spelling, grammar, punctuation and written communication
- A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Previous experience of audio typing
- Well organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team#
