An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm based near Leamington Spa. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative working environment. Salaries start from £45,000, depending on experience.

You will be joining a well-established and expanding specialist property department that provides a high-quality legal service to a broad client base, including high street clients and high net worth individuals.

This is a standalone role with dedicated paralegal support. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 60–70 matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and leasehold transactions, from inception through to completion.
