My client is a legal 500, client-focused law firm located in the heart of Surrey, seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join their growing team.The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Investment property transactions
- Due diligence and advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters
About You:
- 1–3 years PQE in commercial property, ideally with experience in both acquisitions/disposals and lease matters
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proactive, commercial-minded, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
