What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in property litigation, covering landlord and tenant disputes, boundary conflicts, and mortgage repossessions.
• Knowledge of property related claims such as rights of way, easements, drainage, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
• Enthusiasm for new challenges and willingness to learn from an experienced team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years post qualification experience.
• Proven track record in property litigation or relevant litigation experience.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service and contributing to firm growth.
