Commercial Property Associate

Cambridgeshire – £55,000 - £65,000

You will work on a high-quality and varied caseload spanning all aspects of commercial property, including:
  • Strategic land and property development projects
  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property finance transactions
  • Corporate support and portfolio work
The role offers exposure to a broad client base and complex, interesting work, with the autonomy to manage matters independently while being fully supported by experienced senior colleagues.

Responsibilities: 
  • Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Managing client relationships from initial instruction through to completion and billing
  • Running files independently while collaborating on larger or more complex transactions
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on strategy and delivery
  • Contributing to mentoring and supporting more junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all file management and regulatory processes
About You:
  • 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Comfortable managing transactions independently, with appropriate supervision
  • Experience analysing complex titles and identifying risk
  • Ideally exposure to property development work
  • Proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop their practice
