Family Law Solicitor , Shropshire
This is a superb opportunity for a proactive associate or senior associate level solicitor to strengthen their Family Law team with the appointment of an ambitious Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have trained and gained experience ideally in a Legal 500 team alongside noted partners and senior associates.
You should be able to demonstrate a love of working in privately funded Family Law and to demonstrate a strong knowledge of financial relief, and a proven track record of conducting cases from start to finish.
In particular the firm would like to hear from you if you have strong knowledge of financial relief and experience in managing a team and of performing business development.
Ideally you'll have a minimum of 2 years qualified experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Family Law.

What the job involves;
- Working across a variety of predominantly privately funded matters including Divorce, Financial remedy, Domestic violence, Children law / Children Act applications, Emergency applications and orders, Adoption and Special Guardianship.
- Advising upon and conducting proceedings to secure the proper course of action and balanced favourable judgments.
- Utilising the Company's case management system to its best effect in order to manage case load as well as record time so that files can be billed efficiently.
- Support the development of the Family Law Department and the Company as a whole in growing its client base by the delivery of an excellent service.
