I’m working with a highly respected, forward-thinking law firm that is looking to add an experienced Solicitor (5+ PQE) to its established Contentious Trust & Probate team.

The practice has continued to grow year after year, and this new hire will support the Head of Contentious Private Client on a broad caseload of high-quality disputes. The work will include:

• Contentious trust and probate matters
• Will disputes
• Executor and trustee removal claims
• Claims under the Inheritance Act
• Opportunities to assist on contentious Court of Protection matters

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in contentious probate and a genuine desire to specialise in this area long-term. STEP or ACTAPS accreditation is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships are key.
