The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on complex and HNW private client matters, including estate administration, specialist tax planning, trust creation, and contentious work.
- Mentor and supervise trainees, ensuring high technical standards and supporting their professional development.
- Work closely with departmental leaders on strategy, growth initiatives, and cross-firm projects.
- Manage your own caseload, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and strong experience across both non-contentious and contentious Private Client work.
- Confident handling high-value and complex matters independently.
- Capable of supervising and nurturing junior team members.
- Technically strong, client-focused, and proactive in contributing to business growth.
