Residential Property Solicitor

Gloucester – Salary negotiable based on experience

My client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their specialist conveyancing team in Central London

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, and leasehold matters.
• Handle lease extensions, transfers of equity, unregistered titles, and SDLT requirements (including relevant exemptions and reliefs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and introducers, helping to support the firm’s continued London growth.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives within a progressive, open-minded team environment.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling complex residential conveyancing files.
• Strong technical knowledge across all core residential property areas.
• Experience with leasehold, unregistered property, and restrictions/cautions.
• Proven ability to win new business and nurture relationships with key market partners.
• Demonstrable team leadership or junior supervision experience.
