�� Full Time - 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

Now, due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join our friendly and dynamic team.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Handling all aspects of conveyancing — sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new build, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
• Providing expert advice on SDLT, restrictions, cautions, and other complex matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers.
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members.

What They're Looking For

• At least 3 years' experience running a complex residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge and client care skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others' development.
