Derby – £55,000 - £65,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate-level solicitor to manage a varied caseload in a supportive, high-quality environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential
- Forfeiture and unlawful forfeiture claims
- Possession, dilapidations, and breach of lease matters
- Service charge disputes and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Breach of covenants, trespass, nuisance, boundary disputes, and rights of way
- Party Wall Act matters, adverse possession, and residential disrepair claims
- 4–6 years’ PQE in property litigation
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client service skills
- Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
