Court Of Protection Solicitor (Property and Affairs)
London – £85,000 - £650,000
A Top Tier law firm based in Central London is currently looking to expand their Court Of Protection team with an additional Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.The team are seeking someone that is 3-10 years PQE to join the team, with experience managing the property and affairs of individuals that lack capacity to do so themselves.
You will be part of a highly skilled, collaborative team, working across a varied caseload. You'll have autonomy to act in your clients' best interests, and opportunities to contribute to business development.
Your Role
- Managing multi-million-pound settlements via Deputyships and Trusts
- Running your own caseload of property and affairs matters
- Working alongside the Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury team
- Supporting the Deputy
- Collaborating with other colleagues
